At Axto, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy for most products purchased through our website.
1. Eligibility for Return
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging with all labels, tags, and accessories.
- Returns will not be accepted for products that:
- Have been installed or used on a vehicle
- Are damaged due to improper handling or modification
- Are customized or specially ordered items
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please message or WhatsApp us at +91-9994117793 or email axtoaccesories@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide the following details:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the product
Our support team will verify the details and share return instructions within 2–3 business days.
3. Refund or Replacement
- Once the returned item passes our quality check, you may choose either a refund or a replacement, based on stock availability.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after verification.
- If the returned item fails inspection (for example, signs of use or missing parts), it will be sent back to you without refund.
4. Return Shipping Cost
- If the return is due to damage, defect, or wrong item received, Axto will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return is for personal reasons (for example, change of mind, wrong color, or wrong size), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Installed or used vehicle accessories
- Electrical items (bulbs, wiring kits, indicators,) once opened
- Consumables such as cleaning liquids, lubricants, or adhesives,belt, brake shoes, brake pads.

6. Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.
7. Additional Notes
- All refunds are subject to quality verification.
- Replacements are processed based on product availability.
- Refunds for Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders will be issued via bank transfer.
